




Job Summary: Perform external mechanical maintenance, including on-site service calls, engine inspections, corrective maintenance tasks, and recording services rendered for billing purposes. Key Highlights: 1. Performing external mechanical maintenance in the field. 2. Inspecting and diagnosing vehicle engines. 3. Executing corrective maintenance and managing engine component reconditioning. Identify daily external mechanical maintenance requirements by reviewing work orders and equipment types to carry out on-site services; Serve customers on-site as requested by the service administration via work orders (W.O.), preparing necessary tools and parts for maintenance procedures, verifying the designated travel route to perform services; Drive internal fleet vehicles to reach customers, performing visual and physical inspections, reporting to supervisors any need for vehicle maintenance to ensure driver safety; Visually and physically inspect customer vehicle engines on-site, checking for unusual noises, injector unit conditions, engine gaskets, and other parts, components, and accessories; assessing part conditions and dimensions to identify defects/irregularities and wear levels, thereby determining whether maintenance should be performed on-site or at the reconditioning workshop; Perform corrective maintenance on engines in the field, disassembling engines and making adjustments or replacing parts; identifying parts, components, and accessories requiring reconditioning and contacting customers for authorization to send them to the reconditioning workshop; Send parts to the reconditioning workshop and, after completion of reconditioning, return to the customer to install the reconditioned parts onto the engine, conducting engine and vehicle tests to ensure full functionality; Record all performed inspections and maintenance activities in the work order, highlighting any unplanned services and obtaining the customer's signature, then submitting the completed work order to the administrative department for subsequent billing of services rendered.
