Description: About the vacancy:* Maintain and conserve the green areas of the stores, ensuring a pleasant and well-kept environment. Main responsibilities:* Prune grass, shrubs, and trees in the stores’ external areas; * Plant, replant, fertilize, and irrigate decorative flowers, plants, and seedlings; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of flower beds, gardens, and sidewalks at store locations; * Identify and treat pests, diseases, and weeds; * Operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment such as brush cutters, lawn mowers, and manual gardening tools; * Ensure conservation of green areas and safety when handling tools. Mandatory requirements:* Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in gardening (experience in commercial environments or large areas is desirable); * Knowledge of the use and maintenance of gardening tools and machinery; * Availability for outdoor work and for traveling between stores, if necessary. Desirable requirements (advantage):* Knowledge of landscaping techniques; * Training in integrated pest management; * Ability to identify different plant species and their specific needs.
