Ensures compliance with internal policies and labor legislation, contributing to a healthy and productive organizational environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up); * Carry out onboarding and offboarding processes (document collection, system registration, and new employee integration); * Monitor and manage employees' electronic/manual time tracking; * Assist in benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, etc.); * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files and documents; * Support payroll closing activities; * Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries; * Support internal marketing and organizational climate initiatives; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
