Maintenance Technician I - CD Murici

**What will you be doing here?**
Handle maintenance area incidents, focused on prevention, correction, and improvement to ensure equipment reliability, by executing necessary actions to optimize processes, performing adjustments on production line and/or sorting machines and equipment during process changes, as well as preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on equipment and machine components.
**What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?**
* Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on distribution center operational line equipment.
* Ensure perfect equipment operation, following technical specifications and established procedures.
* Open and close Service Orders/Service Notes.
* Perform minor machining activities within the factory itself.
* Lubricate components and move machines and equipment (factories).
* Procure and replenish materials, ensure receipt, organization, and consumption via SAP, and participate in periodic inventories.
* Interpret and update technical drawings and specifications of machines and equipment.
* Comply with quality standards (CGMP) and policies, rules, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
* Maintain, organize, and clean tools, spaces, and equipment.
* Actively participate in maintenance department meetings.
* Execute MA pillar activities and act as a "mentor" at the Distribution Center, monitoring and developing operators.
* Contribute to the evolution of best practices by engaging in MP methodologies (Failure/Breakdown Analysis, FMEA, Point-by-Point Lesson, Label Management, among others).
* Train factory and Distribution Center operation teams on equipment and *set up* procedures.
* Execute TPM pillar activities (Resolution of TPM2\ labels).
**Quais os Requisitos?**
* High School diploma plus a Technical Course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics;
* Experience in related areas;
* Availability to work in shifts;
* SAP knowledge desirable;
* TPM knowledge desirable.
