




**Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide nursing care, prescribe actions, and assess the company’s hygiene conditions; * Standardize nursing norms and procedures and monitor the work process; * Plan nursing actions, identify needs and problems, diagnose situations, establish priorities, and evaluate outcomes; * Implement health promotion initiatives, establishing partnerships to facilitate achievement of proposed objectives; * Define health promotion strategies for specific situations and groups; * Participate in projects, courses, events, committees, agreements, and teaching, research, and extension programs; * Prepare technical reports and expert opinions within their area of specialization; * Act in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation; * Carry out procurement and control of outpatient materials and medications; * Conduct PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), PCA (Accident Prevention Program), ergonomic analyses, and monitoring of hypertensive and diabetic employees, jointly with the Occupational Physician; * Record and verify medical certificates, ensuring compliance with legal and internal company guidelines; * Monitor treatment and workplace reintegration of injured and reassigned employees, as directed by the Occupational Physician; * Perform follow-up and updates with the Occupational Physician regarding the occupational clinical segment for employees with restrictions; * Call employees for examinations required under the PCMSO, PCA, or special exams, ensuring compliance with occupational health medical examinations; * Conduct periodic visits to branch offices; * Monitor use of the health plan and guide targeted actions according to identified needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Specialization in Occupational Nursing; * Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council); * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-07 (PCMSO); * Experience in occupational health or corporate outpatient settings. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF BEING TECMAR** ---------------------------- * **To care for your physical and mental health:** Health insurance and dental plan, extendable to dependents; Viva Bem Program: Offering support focused on Physical Health, Emotional Health, and Social Health.
