Job Summary: The professional will conduct technical inspections, manage SSMA documents, deliver training, investigate incidents, and coordinate workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Investigate incidents and coordinate safety actions Conduct field technical inspections. Work with employees to foster risk perception across all environments—health, safety, and environment. Manage SSMA documents (PCMSO, PGR, PPR, PCA, LTCAT, PPRA, measurements, etc.) in coordination with the SSMA Department and submit documents to the client. Develop and deliver training sessions, lectures, and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS). Investigate work-related incidents and accidents, immediately notifying the SSMA Department and preparing required documentation, including the Work Accident Communication (CAT). Distribute PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) to employees via PPE record forms and monitor inventory levels, requesting necessary replenishment purchases from the Warehouse and Planning Department. Act as liaison with the institution’s medical and social services to facilitate appropriate care for injured workers. Arrange ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) appointments and monitor their execution and expiration dates in coordination with the SSMA Department. Coordinate the publication of occupational safety content, prepare instructions, and guide the creation of posters and notices to promote and reinforce accident prevention habits. Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment to identify accident risk factors and promote their elimination or mitigation. Receive and accompany clients during audits and inspections. Prepare weekly and monthly SSMA deliverables.
