3. End-to-end relationship building and negotiations
**Vibra Energia** is one of the largest energy companies in the country and is continuously expanding its retail fuel station network. We seek a genuinely Hunter-profile professional — someone who enjoys going into the field, prospecting new locations, and closing deals — to lead the acquisition of new retailers and the conversion of white-label (BB) stations and external networks to our brand.
This role is a top-tier commercial position with strong individual leadership: results depend directly on the ability to identify opportunities, open doors, and conduct negotiations from first contact through contract signing.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Actively prospect new sales points (white-label stations and networks without Vibra participation);
* Map the local market and identify flag-conversion opportunities in strategic regions;
* Build and maintain direct relationships with retailers, owners, and sector investors;
* Conduct end-to-end commercial negotiations, from initial outreach to contract signing, including BRMania and Lubrax+ franchises;
* Develop and present commercial proposals, evaluating various investment types and returns;
* Perform preliminary economic analysis (NPV) to support the feasibility assessment of each new location;
* Manage the prospecting pipeline, with constant status updates and conversion forecasts;
* Work intensively in the field, covering the region under responsibility;
* Report results and funnel expansion progress to area leadership;
* Responsible for actively managing the negotiation pipeline for direct-owned stations (sales) and handling lease-saving cases — Indirectly Owned Stations;
* Strong internal stakeholder relationships — essential for day-to-day operations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Residency in Belo Horizonte/MG or nearby regions;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B);
* Hunter profile, with proven track record of active prospecting and generating new business;
* Willingness to travel frequently and work predominantly in the field;
* Aptitude for commercial outreach and rapid establishment of trust-based relationships;
* Basic knowledge of financial mathematics and ability to structure commercial proposals;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive ability;
* Resilience to handle long negotiation cycles and performance targets.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in network expansion, franchising, or fuel and lubricant distribution;
* Established network of relationships with retailers, franchisees, or sector investors;
* Experience with aggressive commercial targets and performance-based variable compensation;
* Familiarity with the regional fuel station market and brand dynamics (proprietary, white-label, and competitors).
**Desired Profile:**
* Proactivity and sense of urgency;
* Resilience is essential throughout the negotiation cycle;
* Autonomy to organize one’s own field-prospecting schedule;
* Consultative posture, always focused on deal closure;
* Critical thinking in negotiations, oriented toward comprehensive value propositions.
