Job Summary: This internship at Colégio Santa Catarina aims to support neurodivergent students, foster an inclusive environment, and facilitate their full participation in the school community. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team We are seeking dedicated and passionate students to join our team at Colégio Santa Catarina as Pedagogy Interns. You will be responsible for providing personalized support to neurodivergent students, promoting an inclusive environment, and facilitating their full participation in the school community. Responsibilities: * Assist in supporting and monitoring students receiving specialized educational services in regular classrooms; * Assist in organizing student arrivals and departures; * Assist in monitoring students during pedagogical activities. Required Skills: * Empathy: Ability to understand and emotionally connect with students, adapting support to their individual needs. * Clear Communication: Skill to communicate clearly and effectively with students, colleagues, and parents. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, healthcare professionals, and parents to provide an integrated student support approach. * Patience and Resilience: Willingness to face challenges and handle difficult situations with patience and resilience. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program; * Prior experience supporting students with disabilities is considered a plus Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Internship Stipend
