**Responsibilities**: ***Systems and Tools Management*** * Use, update and manage the U.Move platform across all branches. * Daily updates in the NT system for all staff allocations (transfers) across all units. * Real-time monitoring of deliveries via tracking systems. ***KPI Management*** * Update and manage the Last Mile KPI, ensuring visibility of last-mile performance. * Analyze and report on Service Level (SL), Lead Time, Overdues and Delays indicators. ***Transportation Analysis*** * Conduct operational and strategic analyses of logistics partners’ performance. * Identify risks and improvement opportunities related to routes, partners and deadlines. * Prepare management reports and executive presentations on performance. ***Relationship Management and Support*** * Interface with logistics partners to resolve transportation-related issues. * Support branches in implementing corrective and preventive action plans. * Provide transportation-related information to internal departments (sales, customer service, control tower). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields. * Prior experience in transportation management, control tower or logistics operations. * Knowledge of tracking systems and logistics monitoring tools. * Advanced Excel/Power BI skills for data analysis and KPI generation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance, Transportation Voucher, Medical and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, Day-Off, Gympass, Pharmacy Plan, Sólides Academy, Tangará Club Plan, among others. **Location:** BR 365, KM 622, Leste Business Center (Exit towards Patrocínio) Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Remote work * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
