Ensure all meats offered for sale are safe for consumption by verifying origin and quality; maintain organization and hygiene of equipment, incoming goods assigned to the butcher shop, and the workplace itself. ### **Prerequisites** The candidate must be available for shift and store transfers. Must provide good customer service, be organized, able to work in a team, focused, and friendly.
