If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a team driven by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct laboratory and field tests for technological control of materials used in highway paving and maintenance (e.g., soils, crushed stone, asphalt, and concrete), ensuring compliance with technical standards and contractual specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect and test materials—including soil, aggregates, cement, asphalt emulsions, concrete, and CBUQ—in the field and laboratory, in accordance with technical standards (DNIT, ABNT, ASTM); * Prepare test specimens, record and analyze test results—including strength, gradation, moisture content, density, among others; * Monitor material quality applied on-site, supporting service release for execution; operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments (ovens, balances, sieves, compactors, etc.); * Complete quality control forms and issue technical test reports; * Support oversight of contracted companies, ensuring technical compliance of materials and processes; * Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations during all activities; * Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support decision-making regarding construction execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT, DNIT, DER, ASTM) applicable to pavement, soil, asphalt, and concrete testing is desirable; Driver’s license, Category B. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company regime). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance (Unimed State Plan); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Transportation Voucher. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. Way-153, between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform co-owned with Itaú Bank, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway traverses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. holds the concession for MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment spans 18.10 kilometers—from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR-262, covering the stretch from km 360+100—at its junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG-GO is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins at BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – Concessionária da Rodovia BR-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. This federal concession project covers parts of Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT, located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—key routes transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and ports across Brazil. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
