The intern will contribute to monitoring, verifying, and updating fuel supply data, as well as assisting communication among Procurement, Maintenance, and other involved departments. Key Responsibilities: Enter and verify daily fueling records in the Transnet system; Correct vehicle odometer readings and inaccurate records; Record and monitor fuel pump end-readings, oil changes, and AdBlue (Arla 32) consumption; Support the closing and export of fuel maps; Assist in preparing consumption reports and KPIs; Perform data registration and updates in the system; Support purchase requisition control and tracking of fuel supply contracts; Interact with Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure proper information flow; Organize documents and records related to departmental routines.
