So come join us and become aluminized! \#VemserCBA **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consolidate, analyze, and disseminate operational, environmental, PPR, safety, and cost indicators. * Ensure data integrity, standardization of methodologies, and timeliness of closings. * Develop and update management dashboards, providing insights and critical analysis. * Prepare structured presentations for managerial and executive meetings (Results Book). * Monitor trends, variances, and deviations, proposing improvement actions and supporting decision-making processes. * Manage environmental targets, technical libraries, and PPR in the GOL system, maintaining up-to-date and consistent information. * Control regulatory documents, expiration dates, and revisions on the Docnix platform, ensuring compliance with document management practices. * Support internal audits, GRD, conformity reviews, and other procedures of the Integrated Management System. * Promote and reinforce corporate standards and requirements, including support for DDS routines and safety culture. * Support production indicator closing, daily monitoring of operational entries, reconciliation of In-Transit Inventory, and validation of logistics movements between Mine, Yard, and Railway; additionally, support monthly closing through budget variance analyses (Budgeted vs. Actual). * Maintain updates related to ore costs and freight rates. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or Economics (preferably from the 4th semester onward). Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Logical Formulas). Basic ERP knowledge is desirable (SAP is a competitive advantage). Fundamentals of Cost Accounting.
