**Description:**
Previous experience, physical abilities such as lifting delicate objects, attention to detail, ability to identify areas requiring thorough cleaning, and capacity to execute tasks completely and efficiently.
Ability to follow instructions, reliability, punctuality, and capability to work both independently and in teams.
1\. Clean corridors, classrooms, windows, doors, tables and chairs, restrooms, courtyards, environment rooms, auditoriums, offices, storage areas, staircases, meeting rooms, and walls—washing, vacuuming, sweeping, collecting trash, utensils, cleaning equipment, materials and specific products, gloves, and safety equipment.
2\. Clean gutters, drains, and eaves, removing leaves and debris to prevent blockages, leaks, and flooding.
3\. Remove trash and keep trash bins clean, using specific products and storing waste in designated areas for external collectors; arrange for removal and proper handling of laboratory materials according to CIPA regulations.
4\. Wash general clothing with washing machines, adding appropriate detergents and following recommendations based on fabric type and items to be cleaned; remove washed clothes and hang them on drying racks or use dryers to dry them.
5\. Iron washed clothes using electric irons to remove wrinkles and create creases, organizing\-them and/or distributing\-them according to established procedures and guidelines.
6\. Prepare environments for classes and other events;
7\. Maintain drinking fountains clean.
8\. Restock hygiene supplies in restrooms.
9\. Assist in transporting products and heavy loads within the Institution’s premises using manual carts, performing loading and unloading at previously designated locations.
10\. Support cafeteria operations during student meal times at units offering such services, assisting with food and utensil distribution, and cleaning the dining hall and related facilities.
11\. Inspect electrical, plumbing, and other installations in restrooms and report conditions to the responsible person for maintenance arrangements.
12\. Assist in preparing coffee, tea, snacks, and meals as needed.
13\. Perform other related duties as directed by supervisors.
