Job Summary: Internship opportunity for students of Engineering or Administration to support vehicle demobilization activities, including updating controls, preparing reports, and interfacing with suppliers. Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update routine controls in Excel and Power BI, ensuring data organization and tracking; * Prepare routine reports consolidating information on fleet status and sales performance; * Issue sales invoices for demobilized vehicles; * Attend weekly meetings, documenting agendas and supporting action execution; * Organize and complete documentation required for vehicle sales and transfers; * Perform contract measurements with suppliers and partners involved in demobilization; * Support inventory and control of vehicles scheduled for demobilization; * Respond to internal requests related to the demobilization process; * Assist in interfacing with suppliers, auctioneers, and dealerships, ensuring alignment throughout the sales process; * Contribute to vehicle analysis and pricing, supporting market evaluation; * Monitor performance indicators such as average transaction value and average time to sale; * Suggest process improvements, seeking optimizations and automation wherever possible. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering or Administration; * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power BI; * Availability to intern during daytime hours. **Additional Information** * Career Development; * Mentoring; * Project Participation; * Systemic Business Perspective; * Market-competitive internship allowance; * Transportation Benefit; * Life Insurance. **Join the new generation of Energisa!** -------------------------------------------------- ### **Working with energy is a daily challenge.
