Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist, under supervision, in the monthly calculation of taxes (ISS, ICMS, IRRF, PIS, and COFINS); * Assist in the quarterly calculation of taxes (CSLL and IRPJ); * Support the submission of monthly ancillary obligations, such as SPEDs and REINF; * Verify journal entries for service invoices received by departments; * Assist in verifying tax calculations and cross-checking information on service invoices; * Assist in organizing and consolidating data for financial statements; * Prepare and update supporting spreadsheets and reports for financial statements (e.g., balance sheet and income statement); * Assist in fixed asset control and recording depreciation of fixed assets; * Provide support for payroll-related accounting entries and related statutory charges; * Support the accounting and HR teams during audits and inspections; * Assist in organizing and managing accounting and tax obligations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting; * Flexible availability to accommodate work hours; * Proactivity; * Initiative. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — Monday to Friday; * 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM — Saturday.
