




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assessing installed capacity and optimizing hospital processes, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing to identify and eliminate bottlenecks. Development of capacity and quality statistics MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\* (Mandatory): Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Hospital Administration, Engineering, or Health-related fields; DESIRABLE: Postgraduate degree in Projects / Processes MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for assessing installed capacity at each stage of the patient care flow within the hospital. * Conduct Takt time analysis, value stream mapping of hospital processes, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to identify existing bottlenecks, eliminate process waste based on Lean Manufacturing principles, and drive improvements. * Promote process optimization and innovation across other hospital departments. * Develop tables, charts, and statistics related to process capacity and improvements. * Develop tables, charts, and statistics related to Quality Management and Risk; materials for internal and external audit dissemination; and other necessary departmental communications. * Perform other related and/or inherent duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** Medical assistance through FASC Dental assistance Psychological assistance Nutritionist follow-up
