Description: Job Mission Ensure the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talents aligned with Solar’s culture, competencies, and growth needs, contributing to the building of engaged, qualified, and high-performing teams. Main Responsibilities * Execute the entire R&S process, from profile alignment through to hiring. * Post job openings on job boards, social media, and external partnerships. * Conduct candidate screenings, individual interviews, and group dynamics. * Administer behavioral and situational assessments according to Solar’s methodology. * Forward approved candidates for medical exams and documentation. * Actively participate in the onboarding of new employees. * Support R&S processes specific to technical areas (Nursing, Pharmacy, Operations, etc.). * Monitor R&S metrics (time-to-hire, SLA, conversion rate per stage, 90-day turnover). * Support employer branding initiatives and engagement activities on LinkedIn and other channels. * Build relationships with universities, technical schools, and partner institutions. * Use HR/IA systems for candidate management and reporting. Mandatory Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Familiarity with behavioral interviews and screening tools. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Desirable Differentiators * Experience in R&S within healthcare, home care, or operationally high-demand companies. * Knowledge of People Analytics and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Experience selecting Nursing and other technical profiles. * Certification or training in competency-based interviewing.
