WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Verify the body’s destination: viewing, cremation, or burial. Arrange for removal and transportation of the body. Manage the required documentation for body removal and transport.
* Complete service-related reports in the system and monitor invoice entries.
* Inspect and arrange vehicle loading. Ensure the integrity and satisfaction of internal customers.
* Transport the family and request buses when necessary.
* Pay cemetery fees and deliver required documents for burial.
* Replace fluids and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
* Receive the cadaver and assess the body’s condition to perform antisepsis. Drain and aspirate the body. Remove, treat, and package organs from autopsied bodies.
* Perform body preparation and preservation either simply or using techniques of thanatopraxy/embalming. Administer arterial and abdominal fluids.
* Dress, apply makeup, and beautify bodies using specific cosmetics; perform facial restorations when necessary.
* Organize the wake. Ensure the ceremony proceeds smoothly.
* Supervise daily operations and execution of the cleaning department. Provide guidance and direction as needed for the room where the body will be viewed.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
* Completed High School Education
* Driver's License Category B
* Experience as a funeral agent
