Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** For information about Senac Minas’ selection processes, visit our careers page: https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Administrative Assistant in Procurement, your main challenges will be:** * Assist in replenishment procurement processes, prepare quotations, and obtain budgets. * Identify and develop suppliers. * Monitor delivery of products and services. * Collect materials and ensure compliance with standards and procedures. * Contact suppliers to correct quantitative and qualitative errors in delivered items. * Arrange corrections, returns, or cancellations for purchases outside specifications. * Request, control, and maintain consumable and permanent materials. * Request and monitor repair and maintenance execution at the unit. * Monitor the vehicle fleet, requesting maintenance and inspections as needed. * Conduct physical inventory of assets, transfer goods between units, and process administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed high school; * Experience in procurement department routines; * Basic knowledge of procurement, maintenance, and asset management routines; * Basic understanding of price quotation and purchasing processes; * Organizational skills; strong communication; dynamism; flexibility; good interpersonal relationships; teamwork spirit. * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B; **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B; * Willingness to share knowledge. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Senac Juiz de Fora/MG (on-site); * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Medical and dental plans; * SESC partnership; * Childcare allowance — per internal benefits policy rules; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Incentive scholarship (after 6 months of employment); * Course fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Additionally, we offer some unique benefits:** * Work and exchange daily experiences with industry reference professionals; * Work in a friendly and collaborative environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s how it is at Senac Minas!
