




Description: Education * Completed technical education or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Additional courses in technical support, networking, or hardware maintenance will be considered as advantages. Experience * Prior experience (even internship experience) in technical support, help desk, or internal user support is desirable. * Experience working in corporate environments using ticketing systems for user support will be considered an advantage. Technical Knowledge * Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), and computer networks. * Familiarity with remote access tools, ticketing systems, and Office 365/Google Workspace suites. * Introductory knowledge of printer, antivirus, and corporate software installation and configuration. * Basic understanding of information security and good IT usage practices. Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end users, assisting in resolving hardware and software issues. Hardware Maintenance: Assist in preventive and corrective hardware maintenance, including computers, printers, and network devices. Software Maintenance: Participate in the installation, updating, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and corporate software. Network Configuration: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Basic Monitoring: Learn to use monitoring tools to track infrastructure performance and identify issues. IT Asset Management: Assist in maintaining IT asset records, including hardware inventory and software licenses. Project Assistance: Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects, supporting the senior team in implementing technological solutions. Training and Development: Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical skills and IT knowledge. Technical Documentation: Learn to create and maintain technical documentation, such as support procedures and security policies.
