So come join us and become “aluminized”! **#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate and perform basic maintenance on heavy mining machinery/equipment; * Recontour excavated terrain and maintain access roads; * Construct drainage systems, scarify soil, spread topsoil, maintain operational areas, and compact soil; * Demonstrate autonomy in operating at least one piece of equipment within the production cycle; * Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, contributing to the minimization of risks related to quality, safety, health, and the environment; * Clean and maintain the organization of the work area, taking responsibility for and committing to a healthy working environment; **Requirements and qualifications** **REQUIRED** Completed high school education Driver’s license category C or D **PREFERRED** Experience operating motor graders, crawler tractors, backhoe loaders, excavators, or roller compactors. **Additional information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—which is why we support our employees at every stage!
