Update and monitor manufacturing schedules. Prepare performance reports and analyses. Assist in interfacing with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics, and production). Contribute to process organization and continuous improvement. ### **Prerequisites** Degree in Production Engineering (completed or nearing completion). Advanced Excel skills (proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D for reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. Teamwork capability and good communication skills. Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with structural steel technical drawings. Perform necessary calculations and adjustments to maximize material utilization and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with quality standards and production deadlines. Identify opportunities for improving planning and production processes, contributing to operational efficiency optimization and cost reduction. Monitor and update production KPIs.
