Junior Human Resources Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Analyst to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES: * Attract and select talents aligned with the company's values and objectives. * Ensure compliance with legal obligations relevant to the Human Resources area. * Conduct the onboarding and integration process for new employees. * Organize internal events, such as workshops, lectures, and team-building activities. * Plan and implement training and development programs. * Develop and maintain a set of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as turnover, absenteeism, cost per hire, performance evaluation metrics, and organizational climate survey metrics, among others, to monitor the effectiveness of HR practices and processes. * Perform other related tasks agreed upon or defined by immediate leadership. * Collaborate with other HR departments and management to understand their needs and adapt data analysis accordingly. **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree in Human Resources / Administration Intermediate/Advanced Excel Knowledge of Power BI Minimum 2 years of experience \- Here are the benefits you’ll enjoy: A welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment offering incredible opportunities for development and growth!
