Job Summary: Supervise drilling activities, mobilize teams, monitor execution, communicate with clients, and participate in team planning and training. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of drilling activities and team management. 2. Project monitoring and communication with clients. 3. Planning, training, and ensuring compliance with standards. * Supervise field drilling activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Mobilize and demobilize teams according to project demands. * Monitor and control activity execution using spreadsheets and reports. * Maintain constant communication with the client regarding work progress. * Participate in planning, development of action plans, and productivity and safety targets. * Train and guide teams, including new employees. * Ensure compliance with Fonntes Geotécnica’s policies and those of clients. * Close and monitor timesheets. * Manage team leave, absences, overtime, and productivity. * Ensure QSSMA training and compliance with its standards. * Submit active employee roster per contract. * Reinforce execution of related tasks and participation in meetings.
