Join us and become part of this team too! #### **Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring on-time delivery. * Verify and process transport documentation (Fiscal Invoices, CT\-e, MDFe), ensuring fiscal compliance. * Support route planning and delivery sequencing, optimizing fleet utilization and reducing costs. * Record and update information in transportation management systems, maintaining data accuracy. * Communicate\-with drivers, transport companies, and customers to resolve operational issues. * Generate basic logistics performance reports, such as transit time and incidents. * Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents related to logistics processes. #### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; a technical course in Logistics is a plus. * Prior experience in administrative or operational routines within the transportation sector. * Basic knowledge of transportation fiscal documentation (NF\-e, CT\-e, MDFe). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for creating spreadsheets and simple reports. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability to work different shifts, if required. #### **Skills** * Basic/Intermediate Excel * Fiscal Documentation (CT\-e) * Basic Route Planning * Delivery Control * Effective Communication * Data Organization * Microsoft Office Suite * Problem Solving ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite, Administrative Processes, Planning, Report Analysis ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Day Off, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Internal Logistics
