Verify and ensure proper material packaging criteria, contributing to the maintenance and preservation of specific materials, guaranteeing that they remain in good condition for use or storage over time. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Receive delivered materials, verifying quality and specifications. * Guide the storage process to ensure optimal packaging for items, preventing any damage caused by improper storage. * Verify in the system whether material description information matches the physical items, performing corresponding validations. * Inspect materials upon receipt and identify possible irregularities. * Conduct regular inspections of materials to assess preservation status and identify potential damage or wear. * Apply preservation techniques—such as cleaning, repair, and appropriate packaging—to ensure material durability and functionality. * Control and maintain inventory records, including preservation conditions and maintenance requirements. * Use appropriate products and tools for material preservation, adhering to manufacturers’ recommendations and safety standards. * Prevent material deterioration by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance as needed. * Monitor and manage material storage conditions, ensuring environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) are suitable. * Prepare technical reports on material preservation status and recommend actions to optimize the preservation process. * Support customer quality inspection. * Perform material preservation and conservation.
