Job Summary: Professional to work in IT governance, ensuring implementation of guidelines, policies, and frameworks for strategic alignment, risk control, and efficiency in service and resource management. We are seeking a professional to perform, under supervision, activities of limited complexity related to IT governance practices, ensuring application of guidelines, policies, and frameworks; promoting strategic alignment between technology and business, risk control, regulatory compliance, and efficiency in managing IT services and resources. **Activities and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- * Support execution of **IT services and deliverables**, ensuring **timelines, standards, and quality**. * **Define/monitor processes, indicators, and controls**; collaborate on **audits** and **continuous improvement initiatives**. * **Adherence to frameworks** (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 20000\) and alignment with organizational objectives. * **Monitor KPIs** for services, performance, and process maturity. * Technical support in understanding **network/telephony**, **cloud/servers**, and **end-user computing**. * Analyze **supplier proposals and contracts**; support **vendor management** and SLAs. * Identify **recurring incidents** and support **Problem Management** for definitive actions. * Work with **Change Management**: assess changes/issues per guidelines and test requirements. * Participate in **committees/forums**, contributing technical analyses and recommendations. * Prepare **management reports and dashboards** (risks, controls, compliance). * **Maintain governance documentation** and propose **best practices and innovation**. * Perform other related activities. **Requirements (Mandatory)** ----------------------------- * Completed **Bachelor's degree** in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * **+4 years** of experience in IT governance. * Knowledge of **end-user computing**, **Windows Server/Linux**, **networking**, and **telephony (mobile/fixed)**. * Experience with **ITIL, COBIT, BSC, agile methodologies**, and **service/project management**. * Advanced knowledge of **IT Governance and Management**. * Basic knowledge of **Corporate Finance** and **IT Quality Management/audits**. * **Power BI** (dashboards/indicators). **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * **Strategic thinking** and **systems perspective** • **Ownership mindset** • **Cooperation** * **Focus on patient/internal customer** • **Clear and assertive communication** * **Proactivity** and **critical thinking** • **Negotiation** • **Results orientation & continuous improvement** * **Continuous development** • **Humanization** **Differentiators (Desirable)** ----------------------------- * Certifications in **ITIL/COBIT/ISO** * Experience with **ServiceNow/Jira Service Management** * **BPMN** and process modeling
