We seek a Sales Assistant who contributes to the growth of other team members by sharing knowledge and responsibilities — someone who is proactive, analytically capable, and critically minded to deliver assertive solutions focused on delivering high-quality service to end customers! ? **Responsibilities:** Provide support to sales teams; prepare quotations; check product stock levels and respond to price quotations; clarify inquiries and conduct post-sales follow-up; maintain the sales pipeline and organize the commercial project coordinator’s daily routine; prepare and present quotations; complete sales transactions; track custom orders from purchase through to customer delivery; perform necessary follow-ups and provide post-sales support. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); **Behavioral Competencies:** Attention to quality in task execution; interpersonal skills; organizational ability; commitment; dedication; teamwork; dynamism.
