We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and architectural vision to contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of our systems. The professional will be responsible for both advanced technical support activities and the development of new features and structural improvements. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Provide advanced-level technical support, including handling incidents, interacting with customers, and applying fixes or solutions to the system. * Support system deployment processes with customers, ensuring effective communication and deployment stability. * Fix bugs and implement continuous improvements in existing applications. * Create and maintain technical, architectural, and operational documentation. * Participate in project and task definition, evaluating architecture, impacts, deployment strategies, and deliverables. * Develop and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines. * Set up monitoring, alerts, logging, and troubleshooting tools. * Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. * Anticipate the impact of changes and new products on the existing architecture and propose mitigation actions. * Contribute to building scalable, resilient, and observable solutions. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- ### **Observability and Monitoring** * Experience with application monitoring, log analysis, and dashboard creation. * Knowledge of **OpenTelemetry** for service instrumentation, metric, trace, and log generation. ### **Architecture and Integrations** * Experience with **microservices-based** architecture. * Experience with messaging systems such as **Kafka** or **RabbitMQ**. * Integration with legacy or third-party systems. * Ability to design scalable, resilient, and observable solutions. ### **Backend** * Solid experience with **TypeScript** and **Node.js** for developing APIs and backend services. * Proficiency with **NestJS** (dependency injection, interceptors, pipes, guards, modules). * Design and maintenance of **REST APIs**, following best practices for versioning, documentation, and security. * Experience with **WebSockets** for real-time communication. * Knowledge of **Fastify** for high-performance service development. ### **Databases** * Experience with relational databases (**PostgreSQL, MySQL**) and non-relational databases (**MongoDB, DynamoDB**). * Ability to model data, write optimized queries, and tune performance. **Location:** --------- **Remote** **Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **What We Offer:** --------------------- **Salary:** BRL 4,500.00 (CLT) **Meal Allowance:** BRL 31.92/day **Transportation Allowance** or **Fuel Allowance** **Health Insurance at no cost to the employee** + **Online Medical App (Mediquo)** **TotalPass** – gyms and wellness **Profit Sharing (PLR) + Annual Bonus** **Professional Development Plan**
