Mentor junior developers and elaborate requirements **Description:** We are looking for professionals who want to make a difference by directly tackling one of the biggest challenges in the Brazilian tax landscape: the Tax Reform. Our development team leads the Fiscal Management product, responsible for adapting and evolving our solutions to meet new legal requirements, with a direct impact on thousands of companies nationwide. Responsibilities and Duties Develop medium-complexity technical solutions with moderate supervision and minimal support, by implementing software requirements using the technologies involved in the project; Understand the software architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; Create medium-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of the developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; Document development steps by recording implementation details in version control and documentation tools; Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and available best practices for the product and technologies used; Mentor less experienced developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or pointing to supporting documentation; Elaborate low- and medium-complexity requirements through direct contact with clients and internal teams involved in the project or support activities. Use predefined frameworks for solution development.
