If you identify with a customer-centric culture and seek to achieve satisfying results, this is your opportunity! **Join us in this \#ExponentialEvolution!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Configure and test tracking equipment on proprietary tracking systems, such as Suntech and Teltônica; * Recover trackers (repairs \| maintenance \| chip or battery replacement); * Receive and validate received documents (Checklist and Adhesion Agreement); * Complete installation, physical maintenance, and tracker removal tests; * Conduct bench testing; * Finalize service by attaching installation or maintenance photos, the Adhesion Agreement form, and the Checklist to the SAV platform; * Register devices on tracking platforms; . Support installing technicians during test completion. **Requirements and Qualifications** . Completed high school education; . Prior experience in this role or in the vehicle tracking field is desirable; . Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge; . Proficiency in computer usage; . Ability to multitask efficiently; .
