SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to work onsite on the development and maintenance of services and APIs supporting our platform. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions, collaborating closely with frontend, product, and QA teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong object-oriented development skills, and has experience working in high-availability environments. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 7 years of proven backend development experience, preferably using the .NET platform (C# language). * Experience with the ABP Framework or other MVC frameworks. * Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). * Experience with Git for source code versioning. * Practical experience with Docker and containerization concepts. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). * Experience with AWS or other cloud providers. * Ability to work with software architecture and follow established design best practices. * Basic understanding of information security principles applied to development. * Ability to leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate development. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: * Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs. * Experience with automated testing and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Knowledge of SQL query optimization and data modeling. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Kibana, or similar). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). * Ability to analyze technical requirements and propose scalable, sustainable solutions.
