Position Title: INDUSTRIAL APPRENTICE
Business Group/Business Unit: AFLA / BRAZIL
Location: Três Lagoas
Reports to: Production Supervisor
1\. Job Overview (Purpose of the Position)
Update daily break data;
Update label issuance records;
Update procedures and standards;
Monitor purchase order status;
Request invoices and receive materials;
Record correspondence.
2\. Scope of the Position
Areas of interaction: Warehouse, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Occupational Safety, Production Areas.
Number of direct and indirect reports: None.
3\. Key Responsibilities / Activities
1\. Complete internal controls in general (shift report, SM – Maintenance Request),
via printed documents and system entries, to monitor departmental KPIs;
2\. Assist supervision, PCM, and engineering with administrative tasks;
3\. Perform administrative tasks supporting departmental routines, including data entry
into spreadsheets, updating KPIs, conducting audits, and collecting various forms (SM,
Work Orders, Maintenance Spreadsheets);
4\. Clean and organize the work area and workspaces immediately after use;
5\. Maintain confidentiality of production techniques, applied technologies, and
other restricted information related to manufacturing and administrative processes;
6\. Seek opportunities for self-development to ensure continuous personal and
professional growth;
7\. Comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures,
as well as conduct rules per the Company’s Code of Conduct;
8\. Fulfill and support dissemination of the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
4\. Key Challenges and Complexities
1\. Comprehensive data collection for anomaly analysis and break investigation;
2\. Information management for Webformat registration.
5\. Stakeholder Relationships
Internal External
Occupational Safety, Warehouse,
PCP, Production Areas,
Procurement, Security, Finance, and HR. Supplier follow\-up.
6\. Qualifications/Requirements:
6\.1 Formal Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge and Experience: Microsoft Office Suite, Internet tools.
Education and Certification: Currently enrolled in or completed high school.
