Job Summary: The Cleaning and Security Services Supervisor manages customer service departments, ensuring service quality and management of outsourced teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure proper use of PPEs and material control As a Cleaning and Security Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer service departments, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. Main Responsibilities: * Manage teams of outsourced employees, ensuring all services are delivered according to established guidelines and standards. * Supervise attendance tracking, ensuring employee punctuality and presence. * Manage vacation scheduling, ensuring employees are aware of their vacation dates and that service delivery remains uninterrupted. * Ensure all employees properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during their tasks. * Maintain appropriate control over materials used by employees, preventing waste or misallocation. Requirements: * Proven experience supervising outsourced services, preferably in labor outsourcing companies. * Valid driver's license category B. * Willingness to travel as required by business needs. * Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating, guiding, and developing teams. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
