Operations Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and maintaining product inventory, assisting with restocking, cleaning the warehouse area, and supporting the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory organization and maintenance 2. Supporting the sales team in locating products 3. Assisting in organizing the sales floor * Receive products shipped from headquarters, unload them, and transport to the warehouse; * Arrange products on shelves in ascending order (smallest to largest number), following the sequence: (women\-children\-men\-footwear\-accessories); * Inspect and store products returned from the sales floor by sales staff; * Clean the warehouse, ensuring the area remains tidy; * Organize and discard empty boxes not intended for reuse; * Securely bundle cardboard boxes for loading, keeping them neatly arranged; * Identify products requiring restocking in the sales area, select and prepare them in the warehouse, and make them ready for delivery and restocking; * Handle products returned from fitting rooms by placing them back into their correct boxes with matching pairs (same model and size); * Perform inventory counts in the warehouse upon request; * Guide the sales team when they have questions or difficulty locating a product. * Pay close attention and exercise care during product tagging to avoid damaging footwear/accessories; * Insert shoelaces into footwear boxes when they arrive completely loose; * Assist in organizing the sales floor by properly storing footwear in their respective boxes and delivering them to the base of the stairs; * Assist with ad-hoc tasks at the unit while keeping the workplace consistently clean and organized; * Retrieve products from the cashier area upon request by a supervisor; * Resolve discrepancies in inventory that arise throughout the day; * Be available for business travel when selected by the company; * Conduct inventory audits at units when required; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.615,00 \- R$1\.616,00 per month
