Perform technical and preventive field activities, identifying deviations, guiding corrective actions, and validating the release of work fronts. Responsibilities include: inspecting earthwork, excavation, cutting, filling, compaction, and foundation activities performed by third parties; monitoring soil investigations, field tests, and geotechnical surveys; verifying layout, elevations, leveling, and topographic markings; validating work in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards; monitoring slope stability, retaining structures, and safety conditions at work fronts; identifying technical deviations and overseeing corrective actions with executing teams; inspecting work quality, execution methods, and soil technological controls; releasing work stages and fronts after technical validation; issuing field reports, photographic records, and technical notes; supporting site engineering in the technical oversight of third-party contractors. ### **Prerequisites** Solid experience in infrastructure, earthworks, foundations, excavations, or retaining structures. Practical field inspection and monitoring experience. Experience supervising third-party contractors on vertical construction projects. Proficiency in reading and interpreting geotechnical, topographic, and structural drawings. Practical knowledge of soil technological control and compaction. Ability to identify execution deviations and ensure technical compliance. Technical, meticulous profile with firm posture required for service provider supervision. Willingness to travel to company regional offices. Desired: Technical or higher education in civil construction-related fields. A degree in Civil Engineering is considered a strong advantage. Knowledge of technical standards applicable to infrastructure and foundations. Basic understanding of slope stability and excavation safety. Practical knowledge of foundation methods (continuous flight auger piles, root piles, isolated footings, pile caps, caissons, and driven piles). ### **Benefits** Transportation allowance.
