Properly sort, sanitize, cut, and season ingredients. Prepare sauces and shape rice balls and sashimi. Restock products in display trays or boats in the sales area. Evaluate food flavor, aroma, color, and texture. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, utensils, equipment, refrigerators, and shelves. Monitor ingredient expiration dates, storage conditions, and proper handling. Wash dishes, utensils, and containers as needed. Follow hygiene standards, food handling protocols, and food safety regulations. Provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Continuously seek process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity. ### **Prerequisites** Completed elementary school. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
