Job Summary: This professional will manage the full recruitment and selection cycle—from candidate attraction to position closure—ensuring pipeline quality and continuous process improvement. Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle—from defining attraction strategy to closing the position * Execute structured job postings on channels aligned with the target profile, ensuring higher accuracy in candidate attraction * Perform active hunting for critical or highly complex roles to enhance candidate pipeline quality * Conduct screening based on technical and behavioral criteria aligned with business needs * Monitor the entire selection process until offer formalization, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely position filling * Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring quality, conversion rate, and turnover of newly hired employees) * Identify bottlenecks in the selection process and propose continuous improvements to increase hiring efficiency and predictability **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Solid knowledge of R\&S processes, recruitment funnel, competency-based interviewing techniques, and basic labor legislation. Experience managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes, preferably in high-volume environments or for critical roles (e.g., sales, operations). Experience aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers.
