Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing inspections, managing licenses and audits, and guaranteeing quality in logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and follow-up of ANVISA and CRF inspections 2. License management with health authorities and government agencies 3. Monitoring of internal and external Quality audits Job Responsibilities: * Handle and accompany ANVISA and CRF inspections, including occasional and routine inspections conducted by these agencies, representing the Company in accordance with current legislation. * Responsible for obtaining and renewing operating licenses from health authorities and other competent government agencies (municipal, state, and federal). * Responsible for granting and controlling access to restricted areas of the branch (controlled products). * Monitor internal Quality audits related to Logistics Operations, as well as oversee external audits contracted by the Company or its customers. * Evaluate customer FISQP documents, identifying business risks for Andreani. * Comply with environmental preservation, occupational safety, and health regulations and procedures. * Maintain equipment and materials provided by the Company and used in performing job duties.
