




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible administrative assistant for a leisure-sector company in Vitoria-Gasteiz, responsible for document management, accounting, and telephone support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Familiarization with the Basque Government's management program and APP 2. Accounting control, bank accounts management, and use of SAGE 3. Telephone support and other administrative tasks We are looking for an administrative assistant profile for a leisure-sector company in Vitoria\-Gasteiz. Main duties will include becoming familiar with the company's management program, processing documentation, and performing procedures via the Basque Government's APP. The candidate will also verify invoices, manage accounting and bank accounts, and use the SAGE software. Additionally, they will handle telephone support and other related administrative tasks. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday through Friday, on a split shift. Working hours will be distributed between 09:30 and 20:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in similar roles is valued. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residency near the workplace is an advantage.
