Descripción: * Estudiante de licenciatura en farmacia; * Conocimientos informáticos; * Experiencia liderando equipos y organizando procesos administrativos; * Experiencia en ventas y atención al cliente. * Supervisar los procesos de la tienda; * Realizar un seguimiento diario junto a los cajeros y/o operadores de tienda, observando el correcto llenado de formularios, agilizando la atención al cliente y apoyando al equipo durante los horarios de mayor afluencia en la farmacia; * Apoyar en el desarrollo de hojas de cálculo de ventas, metas, turnos y tareas diarias para el equipo; * Brindar atención al cliente; * Responsable de la parte financiera de la farmacia, tales como: cambios, devoluciones, cancelaciones y tarjetas; * Realizar la devolución mensual de medicamentos y productos no farmacéuticos al centro de distribución. * Recibir el bolso de llaves, verificando el número del sello en el Control de Entrega de Bolso. * Responsable de la recepción del carro blindado; * Realizar las correcciones mensuales relacionadas con cambios de precios; * Verificar los valores dispensados por los cajeros en efectivo (retiros); * Complementar los cajeros con monedas o billetes según sus necesidades; * Asumir la gerencia en ausencia del Gerente de Tienda. 2512240202491933240
