An engineering service provider company seeks an Operational Coordinator in Vila Velha. **Responsibilities:** Rigorously monitor resource mobilization and demobilization in projects. Ensure the contracted scope is accurately fulfilled according to established procedures and the technical proposal agreed upon with the client. Create detailed material lists required for each project, verifying stock availability. Lead and monitor activity execution directly at the construction site. Guide and supervise the installation, operation, and control of cleaning and filling equipment and instruments. Prepare detailed construction reports (RDO) and reports related to cleaning and filling. Manage legal documentation associated with construction projects. Place justified purchase orders for materials and equipment. Cultivate a professional and effective relationship with construction site stakeholders (clients). Supervise overall operations, ensuring all processes are performed in accordance with company standards and procedures. Produce comprehensive operational reports, identifying difficulties, problems, and suggesting improvements and corrective actions. Perform technical calculations for flow rates, pressures, Reynolds numbers, drag velocities, pump structural characteristics, and chemical concentrations. Apply knowledge of relevant technical standards. Perform other duties related to the position as required. Previous experience as Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, or Team Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
