Job Summary:
This position supports the administrative and construction teams by managing documents, contacting suppliers, and assisting with project-related activities and licensing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor progress of minor construction projects and renovations, recording status updates, pending items, and required adjustments;
* Assist with the processing of permits, licenses, health surveillance notifications, and other regulatory agency requirements (e.g., document collection, deadline tracking, submission and follow-up of requests);
* Contact suppliers and service providers to align timelines, handle billing, conduct simple negotiations, and follow up on deliveries/services;
* Assist in preparing purchase requests and coordinate with procurement;
* Organize technical documentation (checklists, reports, control spreadsheets, project histories, and release records);
* Support the team in updating construction control spreadsheets, cost tracking, timelines, and simple schedules;
* Schedule appointments, manage technical visit calendars, and record service interactions;
* Assist in basic review of projects, sketches, floor plans, or layouts submitted by suppliers or internal teams;
* Provide general administrative support to the department.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or Building Construction Technology programs (preferred but not mandatory);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook);
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor when interacting with service providers, public agencies, and internal teams.
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or renovation projects;
* Basic knowledge of technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
* Organized profile with willingness to learn, capable of handling administrative routines and comfortable communicating with suppliers and regulatory agencies.
