Job Summary: IT infrastructure professional responsible for administration and maintenance of on-premises and cloud environments, as well as server and network management. Key Highlights: 1. Administration and maintenance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure. 2. Management of Windows and Linux servers and network operations. 3. Incident, problem, and change support, with a focus on improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administration and maintenance of infrastructure environments (on\-premises and/or cloud); * Management of Windows and Linux servers; * Network operations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, VPNs); * Monitoring and troubleshooting of production environments; * Virtualization management (VMware, Hyper\-V); * Use of monitoring tools (Zabbix or similar); * Incident, problem, and change support, ensuring SLA compliance; * Technical documentation and proposal of continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in IT infrastructure; * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems; * Generalist profile is desirable, with capability to operate across various IT infrastructure domains such as Networks, firewalls, Storage, and Backup.
