Complete daily shift routine checklists. Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. Perform construction-related activities—whether corrective or preventive—in accordance with company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. Perform painting-related activities—whether corrective or preventive—in accordance with company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Maintain swimming pool equipment operation, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels within ideal parameters. Monitor consumption items—such as electricity, water, gas, etc.—for the property by reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the property’s machinery, equipment, and tools—including mechanical, hydraulic installations, gas systems, civil construction, and others—to ensure optimal functionality. Turn condominium lighting on and off. Respond to apartment and department requests, seeking solutions to incidents to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure safety during task execution.
