Responsibilities and Duties * Implement and provide technical and functional support for the main modules of the RM TOTVS system (Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR Portal). * Ensure the correct operation, stability, and usability of the system for the involved departments. * Provide technical support to users via remote access or in-person assistance. * Conduct business requirements gathering and design, with a focus on HR. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in a related field; * Knowledge of configurations, routines, integrations, and functionalities of the RM modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR Portal); * Advanced knowledge of specific tools and software; * Effective communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; * Organization and time management skills. 2512310202491893640
