Responsible for delivering training, preparing and completing documentation related to occupational safety regulations. Provide support on environmental matters. § Comply with and ensure compliance with the specific Regulatory Standards applicable to the activities; § Guide unit leaders in implementing and complying with occupational safety regulations; § Prepare technical opinions on incidents occurring at company premises or construction sites, or involving service providers; § Contribute to aligning the company with established occupational safety standards; § Carry out occupational safety activities, fulfilling all tasks related to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) area; § Conduct SGI training on topics related to occupational safety; § Monitor fire-fighting training and other safety and prevention activities; § Train the company’s Fire Brigade at its facilities; § Train newly hired employees on safety and fire-fighting procedures; § Provide emergency response at company facilities; § Take necessary actions in case of incidents (e.g., fire outbreaks), accidents causing personal injury and/or material damage; § Arrange for and monitor the preparation of documentation required under occupational safety regulations; § Conduct internal and external audits related to safety regulations; § Be knowledgeable about and vigilant regarding hazards, OHS-related harms, and environmental aspects and impacts arising from their activities, ensuring appropriate control and protection measures are implemented to eliminate or reduce potential harm to people and environmental impacts. **Requirements:** Technical degree in Occupational Safety; registration with the Ministry of Labor (TME) is mandatory. Proven experience in this role, especially with document management, including the Risk Assessment Program (PGR) and the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO).
