**REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-person and telephone reception to customers wishing to file complaints, suggestions, and/or compliments; * Analyze feedback received via the "Contact Us" channel, health insurance providers, and email; * Register complaints in the quality management software and route them to the responsible department; * Monitor the progress of complaints registered in the quality management software; * Communicate responses recorded in the quality management software by the responsible department to the complainants, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Forward customer compliments via email; * Daily forward via email to Managers/Departments the negative feedback collected from customer satisfaction surveys; * Generate reports using the database of patients treated across all hospitals in the Network (in ES) for Hfocus; * Forward/monitor requests from the Comfort Extension line; * Handle lost and found items belonging to customers and contact customers to retrieve them; * Daily record all customer interactions in the Daily Service Report spreadsheet to ensure routine/control of the NURC (Customer Relationship Center); * Participate in critical analysis of performance indicators to monitor results and corrective actions; * Verify time clock registration via the Senior kiosk, complying with HR guidelines; * Request office supplies through the MV system to ensure the department is adequately equipped for work. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. / Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Work Location: On-site Compensation: R$2.115,00 per month Work Location: On-site
