Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals, and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Perform various activities in forestry, respecting safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Assist the brush control team with input supply; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the module; * Assist in unloading supplies; * Support operational activities in seedling production; * Provide support in executing different seedling production tasks, monitoring compliance with procedures, technical recommendations, and work instructions. * Know and practice SIG procedures and standards. * Be a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. * Encourage proper use of PPE and the right to refuse work in serious risk situations, fostering solution proposals for risk control.
